Booking Policy:

A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of booking your hunt.

Repeat clients have 30 days after the end of their hunt to secure their dates for the following year.

We accept check, money order or Paypal.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival to Sailor’s Creek Outfitters.
   Absolutely No dates will be held without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your hunt dates you may reschedule a hunt within the same hunting year if dates are available, find a replacement hunter, or roll over your deposit to the following year. All hunts cancelled within 60 days of the hunt date will result in a 50% deduction of your deposit. All hunts cancelled within 30 days will result in loss of deposit. If your roll over deposit is not used within 14 months of original hunt date the deposit will be forfeited.

We encourage you to consider trip cancellation insurance. Contact your insurance agent or travel agent for information regarding such policies.

Any client that frequently cancels will be asked to pay full price of hunt upon booking and will not be offered any kind of refund or rescheduled dates.
