Season Dates and Rates:

Season Dates vary from year to year. Please call 434-392-8616 for exact season dates.

Deer Hunts:

Deer hunts include lodging, pre scouted tree stands and/or ground blinds, skinning and quartering of game, meals, and transportation. Complete meat processing available upon request.

Archery Hunts:

3 day hunts: $900 per hunter
6 day hunts: $1600 per hunter

Muzzleloader Hunts:

3 day hunts: $1,200 per hunter
6 day hunts: $2,200 per hunter

Rifle hunts:

3 day hunts: $1,200 per hunter
6 day hunts:$2,200 per hunter

Spring Gobbler Hunts:

Turkey hunts include lodging, 3 or 6 days of hunting, meals and transportation.

Spring Gobbler Rate:
Fully guided 3 day (1 bird) hunt: $900 per hunter
Fully guided 6 day (2 birds) hunt: $1,600 per hunter
Semi-guided 3 day (1 bird) hunt: $600 per hunter
Semi-guided 6 day (2 birds) hunt: $1,000 per hunter

Dove Hunts:

Dove hunts include one day of hunting, lunch and transportation. Over night accommodations available upon request.

Dove Hunts: $100 per hunter

Feel free to bring along Non-Hunter friends or family. They can enjoy all the food, accommodations and atmosphere while you pursue your trophy.

Non-Hunters: $100 per night

VA Hunting Licenses:

All hunters are required to purchase the appropriate VA Hunting Licenses.

Bookings:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your hunt. Upon booking a hunt with Sailors Creek Outfitters you will receive a contract package that will include a contract, liability forms, receipts and driving directions to our cabin.

The remaining balance will be due prior to the hunt or upon arrival to Sailors Creek Outfitters.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for some reason you are unable to make your hunt date, you can find a replacement hunter or change the hunt date to an available time.
